Pull a card when you’re stuck, overwhelmed, curious, or just need a moment to breathe. There’s no right way to use it. Just trust what jumps out, and see where it takes you.

 

Regulate (settle your body),Nervous system

Reveal (get honest), brings truth to light

Release (let go), letting something move or shift

Remember (come home to what matters).

 

 

Use them however you like.

There’s no right or wrong way.

Just something to hold onto when you need a moment.

 

 

Turn your phone off or place it in another room.
Use the small timer you’ve been given. This time is yours.

Hold your stone.

Wrap your fingers around it like you’re holding a warm cup.

Notice the weight. The texture. The cool or warmth of it. Just feel.

Breathe in slowly through your nose.

Feel your chest or belly rise.

Breathe out with a soft sound. Let the exhale soften you.

Let the stone help you feel a little more here.

Say (out loud or in your mind):

‘I don’t have to figure it all out right now.’

‘I’m allowed to pause.’

‘This moment is enough.’

Gently tap the stone against your chest or collarbone, if it feels good.

Let it be a physical reminder: I’m here. I’m okay. I’m enough.

Sit with it.

Let your body settle.

Notice what shifts when you’re not trying to fix anything.
